With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, I identified gaps in service and client experience. Together with Michael, I founded Headline Events to deliver a more premium, relationship-led approach to corporate hospitality.

Account Director (Manchester)
I’m a Sales Manager and Account Director, responsible for managing key accounts across the business. I work closely with clients at events and tailor packages to suit their budgets and objectives.
I also lead a team of New Business Executives in our Manchester office, focusing on their development and coaching to help them consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Beth Karpozis
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Headline Events, I ensure every booking runs seamlessly, from securing your tickets to delivering a smooth and stress-free event experience. I oversee the operational side of each event while also working closely with venues and partners to strengthen relationships and enhance our hospitality offerings for our wider client network.

Alex Lee
Marketing Manager
Marketing manage and mountain climber, based in the Manchester office. This makes me responsible for everything you see regarding the Headline Events brand. If its online and to do with Headline Events, chances are I created it.

Headline Events was founded by Michael Haughton and Robbie Black, who together bring over two decades of experience within the global events and hospitality industry.
Having identified a lack of transparency and consistency in traditional hospitality offerings, they established Headline Events with a clear purpose: to elevate the client experience through world-class access, refined service, and absolute pricing clarity. Every experience is curated with precision, discretion, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
