Cheltenham Festival 2026 has come to an end. It’s been four days of incredible racing, with favourites being beaten out in a lot of races. We saw a mixture of ground conditions across the week, from a dry opening day to softer ground on Gold Cup Day, giving the jockeys some really challenging conditions over the notoriously difficult Prestbury Park track.

Following on from that, the Festival once again delivered some unforgettable races from photo finishes, horses coming back to win off early mistakes. Fans got to experience everything that makes the Festival special. Each day brought its own highlights, with big crowds, a great atmosphere, and some brilliant performances from the best horses, jockeys and trainers in National Hunt racing.

Cheltenham is one of the biggest meetings in the racing calendar, attracting fans from across the UK and Ireland to Prestbury Park every March. With 28 races across the four days, the Festival consistently delivers drama, excitement and moments that fans never forget.

The feature races once again provided some standout performances. The Champion Hurdle saw Lossiemouth win, confirming her place as one of top horses in Hurdle. Day two saw Il Etait Temps land the Queen Mother Champion Chase, while the stamina test of the week, the Stayers’ Hurdle, was won by Home By The Lee after a great performance over the three-miles.

One race that always captures attention during the week is the Cross Country Chase on Ladies Day. Run over the unique banks course at Cheltenham. The race is as a strong indicator for the Grand National, with several past winners going on to performance well Aintree a few weeks later.

At no surprise to anyone, we also saw Willie Mullins come out on top as the trainer of the week with 8 more wins to his already impressive 113 wins at the over since 1995, 84 of which have been at Cheltenham Festival. Willie Mullins is the most successful trainer in National Hunt history.

But while the racing was excellent, Cheltenham Festival is just as much about the atmosphere and what's going on in the enclosures with bars, live bands, great food and it’s shopping village. Cheltenham Festival is one of those bucket list events that creates life long memories for all those attending.

Experiencing Cheltenham with Hospitality

Cheltenham Festival with hospitality is the best way to experience the event. Hospitality facilities provide a comfortable and relaxed environment away from the crowds while still keeping you in the heart of the action.

Guests can enjoy premium dining, complimentary drinks throughout the day, and easy access to the course to watch the racing unfold. It creates the perfect setting whether you are entertaining clients, hosting colleagues, or simply enjoying a day at the races with friends.

Across the Festival, the hospitality areas at Cheltenham are filled with excitement as guests watch the racing, celebrate winners, and soak in the incredible atmosphere that makes this event so unique.

With the 2026 Festival now complete, attention already turns towards Cheltenham Festival 2027, where the best hospitality facilities and race days are expected to sell out early once again.
